Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use the Twastia.io website and services.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://twastiaios.com and any services provided by Twastia.io (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Twastia.io

We are a digital marketing and web design agency. We help businesses improve their online visibility through our services, including SEO, Google Ads management (PPC), content marketing, branding, and web design and development.

In these Terms, “you” means any visitor to our website and any client who engages our services.

Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server or any connected system
  • Upload or send viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Send spam, misleading messages or automated submissions through our contact form
  • Copy, scrape or reuse our content in ways that break these Terms or harm the website
  • Pretend to be another person or business

We may restrict or block access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

Website Content

The content on our website, including blog articles and guides, is general information. It may not suit your situation and can become outdated as search engines and platforms change. Please read our Disclaimer for more details.

Our Services

The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or service agreement. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the document you have accepted takes priority for that project.

We may change, add or stop offering services at any time. These changes will not affect work we have already agreed with you in writing.

Free Audits and Consultations

We may offer free audits or consultations to help you understand your options. They are for information only, are based on the details available at the time and create no obligation for you or for us.

Fees and Payment

Fees, payment schedules and payment methods are stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Payments are due by the date shown on each invoice
  • Third-party costs, such as ad spend, software, plugins, hosting, domains and stock images, are separate from our fees
  • Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform or reimbursed to us as agreed
  • We may pause work while payments are overdue

Refunds, if any, are handled under your service agreement and applicable law.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

To help us do our best work, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, feedback and approvals on time
  • Give us the access we need, such as to your website, analytics or ad accounts
  • Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, logos or materials you send us
  • Make sure your products, offers and claims comply with applicable laws and platform policies
  • Keep your own backups of important data and content

Delays in information, access or approvals may affect timelines and results.

No Guarantee of Results

We work hard to improve your online performance, but many factors are outside our control. Search engine algorithms, ad auctions, platform policies, competition, market conditions and your own website and offers all affect outcomes.

For this reason, Twastia.io does not guarantee any specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions or ad results, including return on ad spend. Any forecasts or estimates we share are informed opinions, not promises.

What we do commit to is ethical work that follows search engine and advertising platform guidelines, and honest reporting on the work we have done.

Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services rely on third-party platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, hosting providers and plugins. These platforms have their own terms and policies, which apply alongside these Terms.

We are not responsible for outages, policy or price changes, account suspensions, ad disapprovals or data loss caused by third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

Our Website Content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Twastia.io or its licensors. You may view, print and share links to our pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

Client Deliverables

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs, copy and brand assets, unless your agreement says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates and know-how.

Third-party items, such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images, stay subject to their own licenses. We will not name you publicly as a client without your permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We ask you to treat our proposals, pricing and methods with the same care. These duties do not cover information that is already public or must be disclosed by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may update it or take it offline at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twastia.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. This includes lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses, costs and claims we face because of your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or materials you provide that break the law or infringe another party’s rights.

Ending or Suspending Services

Either party may end a service as set out in the service agreement. We may also suspend work if payments are overdue or these Terms are seriously breached.

You remain responsible for fees for work completed up to the end date. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability, will still apply.

Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies. Please read them alongside these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the website after changes, you accept the updated Terms, but changes will not alter signed agreements unless both parties agree.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Twastia.io operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

General Terms

  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: if we delay enforcing a right, we do not give it up.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms and any signed service agreement form the full agreement between us on their subject.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
